RETURN POLICY

Salty Breeze of Amelia will return the merchandise purchased in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufactured defect. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt within 15 calendar days of purchase. Money will be refunded via the original method of payment. If when product is received back it appears to be altered or damaged the return will be declined and the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

  • All sale and seasonal items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable final sales.
  • Damages and/or defects must be reported within 3 days. 
  • Please allow our team 5-7 days to process your return once it is received. 

Return Process

  1. Log into your account 
  2. Click completed to see a list of completed orders
  3. Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) to view order details
  4. Fill out the following items on the return request: 
    • Quantity to return 
    • Return reason
    • Return action (optional)
    • Comments (optional)
  5. Click Return Request

 We email you a return label as soon as your claim has been reviewed
